Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or their nature. These include:

  • Swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Final Sale Items (clearly marked as non-returnable)

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template below to make your request.
  2. Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send out the exchanged item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped to your provided address.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
